He wanted the local government to give him money to go back to Romania, but they didn’t. His way of protesting was to torch himself. The weeping woman is is wife. Spain pays the ticket to immigrants if they want to go back to their countries, but only if they are from Central or South America, are legally working and with the only condition that they can’t come back again.

hey! whats up with the gypsy death wishes? its stupid. no one should wish for gypsy death! maybe stupid politicians..,..etc. but NOT gypsies. they are already outcasts because of people like you!
