Our Client offers photo processing services for businesses and individuals. This service is usually required for a professional to edit and retouch a photo. The Photo processing services are usually required for a professional to edit pictures, to enlarge a picture significantly, or have some elements added or imperfections and visual disturbances removed. To Sum up, our clients followed a unique style of photography related work.

Our Client, a leader in photo editing & retouching services are committed to deliver standard quality images on any number of order to clients across the globe. Being located in Vietnam, the client is inundated with large amounts of images on a daily basis, for edits and retouches.

As the client base started growing invariably they started facing concern. This is when they approched us and requested for the following:

to reduce the overall administrative burden,
to automate the whole editing process offline,
to track the order details and
to integrate an online payment gateway.

We have the requisite know–how in the web and mobile app development, which enabled us to cater to the requirements of our client. We also have a stringent quality control process in place. The client’s requirement were segregated into 2 halves : Front-end & Back-end.
The Front-end consists of feature rich applications such as: PHOTO+, RETOUCHE & CreatALL.

The Back-end consists of client’s back office such as: Admin, Dispatchers & Retouchers.
We developed an application where our client’s cutomers would upload a huge image folder on the server via FTP without any time delay. The clone of this folder will be uploaded to several local server repository.
Once the customer uploads the images, The Dispatcher will allocate the task to multiple retouchers situated in any part of the world. The retouchers who are willing to take up the job will send a request back to dispatcher. Incase if the dispatcher receives multiple retouch request, then the dispatcher has the ultimate authority to select the retoucher for the particular task.
As the dispatcher finalizes on a particular retoucher to take up the job, the retoucher will download the images from the local server and start working on the task.
Once the retucher is done with the job, he’ll upload the images back to the server where the dispatcher will go through all the images and checks whether it’s upto customer’s requirement.
Intially our client’s were dealing with offline payments and now we have integarted online payment gateway that has made the payment process much easier for customers.
