A leading information and analytics company provides technical, medical and scientific information to professionals and organizations across globe. With the objective of expanding the boundaries of knowledge, the company helps researchers invent new innovations; universities and government enhance their research strategies and provide clinical answers for physicians and health care professionals.

Challenges

Being the largest provider of information analytics solutions they highly value their team members. To value and reward their employees’ efforts the company provides competitive benefits package based on the ratings of the high-level executives. But unfortunately they faced hiccups in the functionality of the rating mechanism that existed in their application.

The application utilized by the digital education provider was outdated and the final perception of them was to create a sophisticated result-oriented system for their organization. The provider of information analytics approached BlazeDream to enhance their existing rating system.

To enhance the existing rating mechanism, we designed a unique feedback survey system that evaluates every employee of the organization. The system was developed to review and automate the ratings of the employees dispersed across different branches.
The survey classified users with different hierarchy and access levels. The least in the hierarchy will only have the right to rate their superiors; the rest can view the reports in their department or team.
The survey can be set worldwide or for specific country. If the survey is created for specific country then the super admin can create the survey for specific divisions under specific countries.

Benefits

In the developed system, questionnaire will be categorized as Standards and divisions, scores will be cumulated on every dimension and the final mean score can be evaluated easily to help Human Resource department seamlessly calculate employee’s performance.
An integral part of the survey was that it helped the HR users to review all the reports and release it to the managers for decision-making process. The reports can be downloaded in PDF format for easy evaluation.
