Our Client, a well-established pharma portal is been launching new drugs to the market for over a decade. Once the researchers have completed a rigorous screening and preclinical testing process, the company files an application with the client’s Enterprise. This application allows the investigational drug to be tested and launched in the market.

Challenges

Our Client, A leading company in US needed a secure portal to help in the clinical trial phase of new drugs. This portal allows different stake holders the ability to log in and share information related to the trial in a secured environment.

The portal also needed to support sending email campaigns to the entire user list on a regular basis to allow the client to alert the user base regarding the latest news, documents or additional site features.

We developed a strategic plan outlining the steps necessary to transform the company involving the acquisition of to-be established drug products and its operations.
They needed a back-end portal to display a list of their clients’ website, so we developed a PHP(Code Igniter) portal that holds the website with details of trail phase drug products that’s about to make wave in the market. The website also contains videos, Flipbooks, PDF viewer, Monograph, Case studies and much more.
A custom emailing application was written using Jango & Mailgun to allow the client to send thousands of emails per minute to their large private user base.
Using performance metrics the user can view Total alert sent, alert delivered, e-mail open, e-mail links clicked, asset total alert, asset opened, asset clicked and campaign visit count

The easy to update website content enables the client to quickly distribute new drug study data that conventionally had to be sent through secure postal services at a great cost.
The automated information acquisition has allowed the end user to access up-to-date reporting information that traditionally would have been sent out on a weekly or a monthly basis.
The cost saving from time alone will have more than paid for the development of this site.
Once the mail is sent the user will get to know the reach percentage (i.e.) the percentage of population that will be exposed to your campaign.
